Third, if you're on Chrome and you click where the blue and white 1Password logo is, it says to press "shift+command+x" to unlock 1password, which then tells you to retype in your 1Password password to unlock the browser extension, I again enter my PW and it WILL NOT unlock. I have the desktop one unlocked, so why is it repeatedly telling me to unlock the web browser extension. The extension tells me to enter my password, which I do, it says my PW is incorrect and make sure the caps are on and try again. Two, the chrome extension does not work at all, I have tried using the older extension, but nope, it does not work. One, my vault doubled all of my passwords and logins. If you are on the fence about updating, DO NOT. Today, I updated to paid version of 1Password and WHAT A MESS.
